(b) Recyclable Solid Waste shall be placed in grey plastic carts provided by <br /> CONTRACTOR; and, <br /> (c) Yard Waste shall be placed in green plastic carts provided by <br /> CONTRACTOR. <br /> (2) All non-Recyclable Solid Waste, Recyclable Solid Waste and Yard Waste shall be <br /> placed in the appropriate Solid Waste collection and Recycling plastic carts adequate to eliminate <br /> overflow or contamination of surrounding areas. Any non-Recyclable Solid Waste, Recyclable Solid <br /> Waste and/or Yard Waste which is not placed in a Solid Waste plastic cart which has been provided to <br /> the Curbside Service Unit will not be picked up; and, <br /> (3) Large, heavy items, including, without limitation, water heaters, couches, tables, <br /> refrigerators, stoves, and large pieces of furniture or household equipment shall be considered bulky <br /> items which may be disposed of under the provisions of Section 21. <br /> (b) The aforementioned requirements to place non-Recyclable Solid Waste, Recyclable Solid <br /> Waste and Yard Waste in appropriate Solid Waste collection and Recycling plastic carts shall not apply <br /> to Christmas trees properly placed for collection. <br /> (c) Whenever any Solid Waste that does not comply with the above standards and limitations is <br /> not collected by CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR shall leave a notice, the format of which is subject <br /> to the approval of the CITY, indicating the reason for non-collection at such Curbside Service Unit. <br /> Said notice shall also contain the CONTRACTOR's business name and his local telephone number. A <br /> copy of said notice shall be delivered, or sent via telephone facsimile, to the CITY upon request by the <br /> Executive Director and, if the reason for noncollection is not corrected within seven (7) days, <br /> -CONTRACTOR shall notify the CITY as to this continued noncollection. <br /> 13. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR TO CITY FOR CITY <br /> OPERATIONS: <br /> (a) CITY GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS: CONTRACTOR shall collect all Solid Waste and <br /> Construction and Demolition Solid Waste which is generated by CITY government operations at no <br /> cost to the CITY. The CITY shall provide CONTRACTOR with a list of locations of bins and/or roll- <br /> off containers from which such Solid Waste shall be collected. Said list may be modified by time to <br /> time by the Executive Director. Solid Waste generated by such CITY operations shall be collected by <br /> CONTRACTOR per a schedule provided to CONTRACTOR by the Executive Director which <br /> schedule shall be approved between the CONTRACTOR and the Executive Director. <br /> (b) STREET SWEEPING: The CONTRACTOR will coordinate with the Executive Director <br /> to ensure that Solid Waste collection is compatible with the CITY'S street sweeping operations. <br /> CONTRACTOR will be required to complete their designated routes each day so as not to interfere <br /> with the CITY'S street sweeping operations. <br /> (c) NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUPS: The Contractor shall supply rolloff containers for <br /> CITY sponsored neighborhood cleanups at no cost to the CITY. The number of roll off containers shall <br /> 12 <br />
