Submit a resume for key personnel, including relevant technical experience and a <br /> description of their background in collecting mixed solid waste, transporting, <br /> recycling, diverting, and disposal of solid wastes. <br /> F.2.6 Qualifications of Contractor <br /> Provide information demonstrating that the Contractor has the expertise to <br /> implement and provide the required services. Describe the qualifications and <br /> experience of the firm(s), and key personnel, gained from related projects. The <br /> following information must be included: <br /> a) General description of the experience of the firm(s). <br /> b) Experience relevant to the Proposed work. including description of up to five (5) <br /> relevant projects, degree of involvement, name of client references, and name <br /> and telephone number of contact person. <br /> c) If the proposal references the expertise of staff, subsidiaries, or other resource <br /> personnel are not to be directly committed to the contract, describe what their <br /> relationship to the Santa Ana account will be. <br /> d) Contact person. <br /> F.2.7 Risks and Contractual Obligations <br /> The City requires that certain risks and contractual obligations be borne by the <br /> Contractor and be addressed in the proposal. Contractor should address each of the <br /> risks and obligations below to: 1) assure the City that the Contractor understands <br /> the risks and obligations that the City desires the Contractor to assume; and 2) <br /> establish the extent of the obligation that the Contractor will assume: <br /> a) Compliance with AB 939 and indemnification. <br /> b) Inadvertent collection of Hazardous Materials as wastes. <br /> c) Environmental review and compliance and permitting processes. <br /> d) Fluctuations in quantity, composition, marketability, and prices of recyclables. <br /> F2.8 Exceptions <br /> The Contractor must: <br /> 1) Warrant that it has reviewed the requirements of the project as described in <br /> this RFP; and, <br /> 2) Specify and discuss any terms of the RFP and attached Agreement and that <br /> the Contractor cannot or does not propose to meet. <br /> Page 34 <br />
