(b) CONTRACTOR shall provide assistance of removal of bulky <br /> items on private property to senior citizens and the disabled at no <br /> cost. <br /> 20. CURBSIDE SERVICE RATES: <br /> (a) The CONTRACTOR shall receive compensation from the CITY <br /> for supplying curbside service. The total number of curbside <br /> service units is stipulated to be 40, 030 as of November 1, 1992. <br /> Such number shall be redetermined on April 1st of each subsequent <br /> calendar year by the Executive Director. <br /> (b) Rates for curbside service shall be as follows beginning <br /> on July 1, 1993 : <br /> (c) Rates for curbside service shall be as follows beginning <br /> on January 1, 1994 : <br /> (d) Rates for curbside service shall be as follows beginning <br /> on July 1, 1994 : <br /> 21. RESIDENTIAL BIN SERVICE RATES: <br /> (a) The CONTRACTOR shall receive compensation for supplying <br /> bin service to residential bin users by direct billing of the <br /> customers receiving such service by means of separate agreements <br /> entered into between the CONTRACTOR and each residential bin <br /> service customer.
