Tlrpieal uses found in this district include <br />the following: <br />■ Light and heavy product manufacturing and assembly. <br />■ Commercial uses which are ancillary to industrial uses in the district. <br />Institutional <br />The institutional designation includes the Cnric Center, other <br />govemmental faces, City facilities and public institutions such as <br />schools, etc. only public properties of approximte4, five acres or more <br />are designated as Institutional. The maximum applicable floor area ratio <br />standard for this designation is o.5. The o.5 FAR is used as a guideline <br />since most development in this designation are State, federal, and local <br />governmental fac>bties that are not subject to local development <br />regulations. A total of 796.3 acres of land is included in this designation. <br />Open. Space <br />The Open Space designation is applied to parr, water channels, <br />cemeteries and other open space uses. Atotal of i,m5.8 acres are included <br />in this land use designation.
