Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2017-083 - Recognizing $53,246 in <br />Emergency Management Performance Grant funds in the Law Enforcement <br />Grants revenue account, and appropriating same to the Emergency <br />Management Performance Grant expenditure account. <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-004 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND <br />THE CHIEF OR POLICE OF HIS DESIGNEE(S) TO OBTAIN 2016 <br />EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT FUNDS <br />THROUGH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />3.
