CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Mayor Pro Tern Martinez: <br />• Noted that June 2016 report presented to the City Council the Community <br />Enhancement Program funds were not allocated; concerned with <br />inconsistent process; willing to support technology projects. <br />Councilmember Solorio: <br />• Request meeting be adjourned in memory of Whitter Police Officer Boyer; <br />• Food truck ordinance; consider fines rather than misdemeanors for <br />violations; <br />• General Plan to consider identifying areas for food islands and improve <br />entrepreneurs options; <br />• Have attended neighborhood association meetings — main concern has been <br />the need to have more park rangers, patrol officers and code enforcement, <br />traffic calming, lack of parking, should do a citywide parking needs <br />assessment and possibly offer incentives for parking; and <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 37 FEBRUARY 21, 2017 <br />1 OA -37 <br />
