The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that <br />discussion in open session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and <br />anticipated litigation: <br /> <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br />Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: Rosario <br />Maciel Avitia, et al. v. United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, et. al. <br />(United States District Court Case No.: 2:16-CV-04818-R-SK) <br /> <br />2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -- ANTICIPATED / POTENTIAL <br />*LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of <br />subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: Two (2) Cases <br /> <br /> <br />3.
