This supplemental guide specifies the performance period, <br />objectives, eligible activities, and other subaward-related information, and requirements. This <br />document is to supplement the US. Department of Homeland Security FIS 2015 EMPG <br />Program Notice of Funding Opportunity. <br />]eligible The eligible subaward subrecipients are the 58 county Operational Areas (OAS), The Tribal <br />Subaward Guidance will be issued ruder separate cover, <br />Subeciplents (subrecipients may contract with any other public or private organizations to perform eligible <br />activities on approved projects.) <br />Note: Cal OES is the `recipient'; the county is the `subrecipient'; and the county's pass- <br />through entities are `subrecipients.'
