<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the
<br />Council to execute an agreement with A1 Event & Party Rental in the amount not-
<br />to-exceed $150,000, for a term of March 21, 2017 to December 31, 2017, with two,
<br />one-year renewal options for an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 per year, for a total
<br />amount not to exceed $450,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the
<br />City Manager and City Attorney.

<br />Council to execute an agreement with PyroSpectaculars in the amount not-to-
<br />exceed $20,000, for a term of March 21, 2017 to December 31, 2017, with two, one-
<br />year renewal options for an amount not-to-exceed $22,000 per year, for a total
<br />amount not to exceed $64,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the
<br />City Manager and City Attorney.

<br />Council to execute an agreement with Insure Protective Security in the amount not-
<br />to-exceed $45,000, for a term of March 21, 2017 to December 31, 2017, with two, one-
<br />year renewal options for an amount not-to-exceed $45,000 per year, for a total
<br />amount not to exceed $135,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the
<br />City Manager and City Attorney.

<br />$70,000, for a term of March 21, 2017 to December 31, 2017, with two, one-year
<br />renewal options for an amount not-to-exceed $70,000 per year, for a total amount not
<br />to exceed $210,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City
<br />Manager and City Attorney.
