ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JANUARY 13, 2016 <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2015-03 <br />10:33 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Bob Beers, James Aldana Sr. and Rudolph Aldana, Applicants; Mr. <br />Huang, Resident; Ali Pezeshkpour, Associate Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report. <br />Mr. Beers stated the conditions are acceptable. Rudolph Aldana requested they retain the <br />1615 West Pomona Street address. <br />Discussion and clarification were made regarding the lot size, proposed architectural design, <br />walls and fences in the subdivision and utilities. The Zoning Administrator recommended the <br />applicants work with Mr. Pezeshkpour to create additional architectural articulation on the left <br />and right elevations. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2015-03 <br />as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:48 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za\minutes\2016\160113_ZAMinutes_1615W Pomona <br />
