ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 5, 2016 <br />PARCEL MAP NO. 2016-02 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 1600. <br />Also in attendance were: Christine McSweeney, Hersel Zahab and Luzmaria Chavez, <br />Applicants; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report. <br />Discussion and clarification was made on Condition No. 3 to require a landscape plan prior to <br />map recordation; and Condition No. 4 that the CC&Rs shall cover vehicular and pedestrian <br />access, ingress and egress, and fencing. <br />With the applicant's agreement, the Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving <br />Parcel Map No. 2016-02 with modified conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:47 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za\mi nutes=161161005_ZAMi nutes_2720-27405Brislol <br />
