ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 12, 2016 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2016-02 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 1600. <br />Also in attendance were: Tu Nguyen and Danny Nguyen, Applicants; Jerry Guevara, Assistant <br />Planner I; Ali Pezeshkpour, Senior Planner, Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Guevara presented the staff report. <br />Discussion was held regarding the cost and feasibility of upgrading the three power poles and <br />trenching of an underground electrical feeder. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2016-02 as <br />conditioned. <br />The he 'ng adjourned at 10:43 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />k01za\minutes\2016\161012_ZA Minutes_5321 WFirst <br />
