ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 26, 2016 <br />PARCEL MAP NO. 2016-03 <br />10:39 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 1600. <br />Also in attendance were: Craig Lee, Joe Novoa, Rev. Steve Correz and Luis Ramirez <br />Applicants; Jessica Mears, SAUSD, Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Lisa Storck, City <br />Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report. <br />Condition No. 4 was modified to eliminate the need for CC&Rs and instead require a drainage <br />easement for storm drain issues. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Parcel Map No. 2016-03 with a <br />modified condition. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:49 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za\minutes\2016\161026_ZAMi nutes_2000 W Alton <br />
