ROOM 1600 <br />20 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA <br />SANTA ANA, CA <br />10:32 A.M. <br />ATTENDANCE APPLICANTS Present: <br />Dung Sam <br />Lanh Huu Nguyen <br />Mai Phoung Nguyen <br />STAFF Present: <br />VERNY CARVAJAL, Zoning Administrator <br />LISA STORCK, Assistant City Attorney <br />IVAN OROZCO, Assistant Planner II <br />SARAH BERNAL, Recording Secretary <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />1.TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-01 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2} <br />Consideration of matter continued from the February 15, 2017 Zoning Administrator <br />meeting. <br />Assistant Planner II Orozco provided a project overview; reported that applicant has <br />worked to address concerns that were brought forward during the meeting on February 15, <br />2017; recommended the adoption of a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. <br />2017-01 as conditioned. <br />Zoning Administrator Carvajal opened the Public Hearing. The following spoke on the <br />matter: <br />Applicant Dung Sam: Reported that he has addressed the concerns that were brought <br />forward during the meeting on February 15, 2017. <br />No other comments were received and the public hearing was closed at 10:38 a.m. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted Resolution No. 2017-01 approving Tentative Parcel <br />Map No. 2017-01 (County Map No. 2017-01) as conditioned. <br />ADJOURNED: 10:40 A.M. <br />Sarah Bernal <br />Recording Secretary
