LS 1.13.16 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE <br />PARCEL MAP NO. 2015-03 AS CONDITIONED TO ALLOW <br />THE SUBDIVISION OF AN EXISTING SINGLE PARCEL <br />INTO TWO PARCELS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1615 WEST POMONA STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. Applicant is requesting approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2015-03 to <br />allow a subdivision of a single parcel into two parcels at the property located <br />at 1615 West Pomona Street. <br />B. Tentative Parcel Map No. 2015-03 came before the Zoning Administrator <br />of the City of Santa Ana on January 13, 2016, for a duly noticed public <br />hearing. <br />C. Applications for residential subdivisions of under five (5) units require <br />approval of a parcel map by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) Section 34-126. <br />D. For Tentative Parcel Map No. 2015-03, the Zoning Administrator of the <br />City of Santa Ana determines that the following findings have been <br />established: <br />1. The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Low Density Residential (LR - <br />7) land use designation of the General Plan and are otherwise <br />consistent with all other elements of the General Plan and any <br />applicable specific plans. <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements will be consistent with the Low Density <br />Residential land use designation of the General Plan and are <br />otherwise consistent with all other elements of the General <br />Plan and any applicable specific plans.
