COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C -5 -3583 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />1.0 DEFINITIONS <br />The terms defined in Article 1 of this Agreement are incorporated into and made a part of <br />Exhibit B. <br />2.0 STATEMENT OF MUTUAL SUPPORT <br />The CITY and the AUTHORITY hereby acknowledge their mutual support of the Project. Each <br />Party agrees to cooperate with the other Party in a manner consistent with the commitments made <br />and obligations assumed in this Agreement. Such cooperation and assistance shall include the <br />dedication and reallocation of personnel, as required and is reasonably feasible, to meet Project goals <br />including budget, schedule, and quality. <br />3.0 NOT USED <br />4.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />4.1 AUTHORITY MANAGEMENT <br />The AUTHORITY shall be responsible for project management. The AUTHORITY is <br />responsible for the overall Project and to ensure that all federal and State requirements are met. The <br />AUTHORITY is responsible for all management decisions unless stated otherwise herein. <br />The AUTHORITY shall identify a single point of contact (the AUTHORITY Project Manager) <br />for the Project. The AUTHORITY Project Manager will be empowered to make certain decisions on <br />behalf of the AUTHORITY and will manage the AUTHORITY's responsibilities as defined in this <br />Agreement. The AUTHORITY Project Manager or designee will be able to provide clear and concise <br />direction in situations where conflicting information is received from different AUTHORITY <br />departments. All coordination with the AUTHORITY departments regarding the Project will be through <br />the AUTHORITY Project Manager or designee. <br />4.2 CITY MANAGEMENT <br />The CITY shall identify a CITY Representative for the Project as a single point of contact for <br />the Project.
