Proposal Option 2 — Digital Aerial Orthophotography <br />Proiect Scone <br />The scope of this project is to provide 7.5 cm (3") pixel resolution color digital Ortho - photography for the City. <br />The Ortho - photography will be captured with a large format calibrated digital aerial mapping camera. It will be <br />ortho- rectified using an accurate DTM created from the digital imagery (accuracy and additional specs below). <br />The project limits will be based upon the attached boundary description document (Attachment 5). <br />The City desires to have one point of contact for all interactions with the Vendor in regards to the Digital Aerial <br />Orthophotography Project. The City also desires the option to change the point of contact as needed during the <br />course of the agreement, at the City's discretion. <br />The city desires to enter into a three year agreement with the vendor with the option to extend the agreement for <br />an additional two years. In the sealed fee proposal, the Vendor will provide four (4) quotes based on the project <br />requirements listed below for the following deliverable schedules: <br />Initial Three Year Contract Schedules: <br />Delivery Schedule One: Imagery flown and delivered in years one, two and three <br />Delivery Schedule Two: Imagery flown and delivered in year one and year three. <br />Extended Fourth and Fifth Year Contract Schedules: <br />Delivery Schedule Three: Imagery flown and delivered in year four and year five. <br />Delivery Schedule Four: Imagery flown and delivered in year five. <br />Proiect Rcuuirements: <br />Horizontal Accurac <br />The datum for horizontal adjustments and positions must be the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD 83). The <br />datum for vertical adjustments and elevations will be the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NA VD 88). <br />Further, it must be adjusted to the 2007 EPOCH adjustment by the County of Orange to account for ground shift <br />in Orange County that has caused 2.2' average shift from the 1988 NAD datum. All horizontal values must be <br />published in the California Coordinate System 1983 (CCS83), Zone 6, State Plane values in U.S. Survey Feet. <br />The ortho images must be tied to the current Geodetic control network from the Orange County Survey <br />Department. They must also have a horizontal accuracy of plus /minus one foot or better throughout the project <br />area. <br />Flight Camuai <br />All aerial photography must be performed in accordance with specifications established by the American <br />Society of Photograminetry and Remote Sensing. A large format, calibrated digital mapping camera with <br />forward motion compensation must be used. The vendor will deliver a Camera Calibration Certificate for the <br />camera used. Planning and acquisition will be performed under the direction of an ASPRS Certified <br />25H -33 <br />Page 5of10 <br />
