Amendments: This Agreement may be modified or amended only by a written <br />document executed by both the AUTHORITY and the CITY. Such document shall expressly state <br />that it is intended by the Parties to amend specifically identified terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement. <br />P. Compliance with FTA Requirements: The CITY and AUTHORITY shall comply with all <br />Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements, including but not limited to, Circular C 5010 1D <br />and Circular 4220.1F as updated from time to time.
