<br /> <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION MINUTES 4 JANUARY 26, 2017 <br /> <br />Filed by Robert F. and Michelle A. Donahue to allow the placement and categorization in <br />the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as Contributive for the property located at <br />2108 North Greenleaf Street (P. Brown House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with <br />the City of Santa Ana. Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. The applicant <br />spoke in support of the recommended action. There were no other speakers and the <br />hearing was closed. Commissioner Murashie abstained due to proximity to his residence. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on January 13, 2017 and notices <br />mailed on January 12, 2017. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2016-31 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2016-29. <br /> <br />2.
