BUDGETARY MATTERS <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT <br />20A. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize emergency repairs to the Third and Birch Parking Structure, <br />the First Street Bridge over the Santa Ana River, the Safety Wall <br />adjacent to the railroad tracks near Lincoln Avenue and Beechwood <br />Street, and a City- owned, 20 -foot -wide drainage channel located at the <br />rear of 4080 First Street. <br />2. Award a contract to Arnaz Engineering Contractors, Inc., to perform the <br />urgent repairs to the four locations identified above, with all four repairs <br />to be performed on a time - and - materials basis in the total amount not to <br />exceed $220,000, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
