Main St <br />Dear Pastor Maffey: <br />Pursuant to Section 1.02(a) of the Lease Agreement entered into by Apostolic Assembly of the <br />Faith in Christ Jesus and the Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Santa Ana, effective April <br />1, 2011, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for a final one-year period, from April 1, 2017 <br />through March. 31, 2018, by mutual consent of the parties. The Community Redevelopment Agency was <br />dissolved as of February 1, 2012, at which time the City of Sarna Ana became the owner of the above - <br />referenced property. Accordingly, all references in the Agreement to "Lessor" shall hereafter mean "City <br />of Santa Ana." <br />Please note that this is the final extension period available under the Lease Agreement. The <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewedto er this extension.
