CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2017-09 <br />(Applicant: eSports Café) <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Register on March 17, 2017 and notices <br />mailed March 27, 2017. <br /> <br />Senior Planner Pezeshkpour provided a project overview which included a project <br />description, site description, project background and project analysis. Zack Long, <br />representing eSports Café, answered question regarding the hours that alcohol will be <br />served, hours of café, hours of security personnel and procedure for reducing the <br />possibility of under-age alcohol consumption. <br /> <br />Chairperson Verino opened the Public Hearing.
