COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES. <br />ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance and <br />will monitor performance of CONTRACTOR in meeting the terms of 'this Agreement. <br />37, REFERRALS <br />37.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services to individuals referred by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. <br />38, REPORTS <br />38.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide information deemed necessary by <br />ADMINISTRATOR to complete any State- required reports related to the services <br />provided under this Agreement. <br />38,2 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing <br />such data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services, <br />costs or other data relating to this Agreement, as may be requested by <br />ADMINISTRATOR, upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may <br />modify the provisions of this Paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br />39. ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS <br />As applicable, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the mandatory standards and <br />policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan <br />(Title 24, CCR). <br />40, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS <br />CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with the Clean Air Act [Title 42 USC <br />Section 7401 et seq.], the Clean Water Act (Title 33 USC Section 1251 et <br />seq.), Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, hereinafter <br />referred to as "EPA," regulations (Title 40 CFR), as any may now exist or be <br />hereafter amended.
