Amendment Agreement with Psomas, Inc. For Engineering Design, Construction Support and <br />Project Closure Services <br />May 2, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />and peripherals that were not included in the original scope of work. Therefore, additional design <br />and construction support services are needed. <br />Psomas, Inc is the designer of record and is familiar with the needs of the project and the <br />proposed services. The recommended services will allow for the completion of the project in a <br />timely manner and without delays.
