Mayor Pro Tern Martinez, thanked staff and all applicants; noted that Youth <br />Master Plan has been approved by the City; applicants should receive a copy <br />and tie efforts to Plan. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2017 -2018 Community Development <br />Block Grant Program in the estimated amount of $5,771,317, subject to <br />adjustment upon notification of the Grant Year 2017 award from the <br />U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; <br />2.
