Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the <br /> City Manager and the Director of Public Works to act as authorized agents of the City <br /> for the purposes of applying for state and federal Disaster Recovery Public Assistance <br /> Funding provided by the FEMA and by CALOES. <br /> Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the <br /> City Manager and the Director of Public Works to execute such Disaster Recovery <br /> Public Assistance funding application documents as may be required by FEMA and <br /> CALOES, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Attorney. <br /> Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the City <br /> Manager and the Director of Public Works to seek reimbursement for the costs and <br /> losses incurred by the January 2017 storms and flooding in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br /> the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br /> this Resolution. <br /> ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2017. <br /> sir <br /> Mil/A.
