CCTMO is a Crown Castle eampany. CCTMO and its affiliates and subsidiaries own, manage and <br />operate shared Mreless communication facilities. <br />In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an Area where this property is located, plans to modify is <br />equipment at wireless communication facility (the "Modification"). <br />THIO has authorized CCTMO to contact you and request consent to the modification of the existing equipment. Purswat to Paramph <br />Section 23: Prior to commencement of any construction, alterations, modifications, or improvements, Tenant agrees to submit <br />architectural and engineering drawings (plans) of the equipment to be installed to the Landlord for its approval. Landlord will have a <br />reasonable amount of time ...to disapprove them in writing." Pursuant to The Lease, TMO is required to obtainyour consent. Under the <br />Lease, Landlord's consent cannot be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
