AGMT NO. 2017 -108- Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />for a one -year term with the City option to grant up to two (2) one -year <br />renewals exercisable by the City Manager and the City Attorney, in an <br />amount not to exceed $690,000 over the life of the agreement, which <br />includes a 10% contingency of $63,269, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
