QUARTERLY REPORT FOR HOUSING DIVISION PROJECTS AND <br />ACTIVITIES JANUARY 2017 — MARCH 2017 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 31 - <br />Community Development Agency <br />Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission approved recommended <br />action on April 26, 2017 by a vote of 5 -0 (A.
