NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms to provide unarmed <br />security guard services at various City facilities. Responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be <br />accepted until Tuesday, April 4th at 3:00 PM. If further information is required, contact Gabriela P. <br />Lomeli at glomeli( ,santa- ana.ore. <br />All notifications, updates and addenda will be posted on the City's current RFP Bid page htto://www.santa- <br />ana.org/finance /vendor registration.asa. Proposers shall be responsible for monitoring the site to obtain <br />information regarding this solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination <br />of a nonresponsive proposal. <br />The successful proposer must possess a valid Private Patrol Operator license from the State of California <br />Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. A Santa Ana Business <br />License is required prior to the scheduled award date of this contract. <br />MAILED, DELIVERED BY HAND, or COURIERED proposals will be accepted as follows: <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Gabriela P. Questions regarding this Request <br />for Proposals shall be made in writing via e-mail to Gabriela P. Lomeli at glomeli n,santa- ana.ore. <br />The receiving time in the Public Works Agency, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701, Ross <br />Annex, Third Floor, will be the governing time for acceptability of proposals. Late proposals will <br />NOT be considered and will be returned to proposer unopened.
