Orange County Helicopter Agreement <br />May 16, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />The first year agreement cost is $421,195.40. The City Council authorizes the City Manager to <br />execute subsequent amendments for years two and three as long as the annual increases do not <br />exceed 10 percent. Any increase beyond ten percent for any amendment of this Agreement will <br />require City Council approval.
