EV, 1p, M., AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MUSIC PERFORMANCE COORDINATING <br />6--g.-- / 1� SERVICES F OR CINCO DE MAYO FESTIVAL 2017 <br />CLER", F WCH. <br />This agreement is made and entered into this 28111 day of April, 2017 by and between Ora ngQ <br />*-County Music League ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />cotporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City desiros to retain a contractor to voordinate music performances for the Ciacco do <br />Mayo Festival 2017 being produced by the City on May 6 and 7, 2017 ("Event"). <br />B. Contractor represents that it is able and willing to provide such services to the City, <br />C. In undertaking the perfonnance of this Agreement, Contractor rcprcsents that it is <br />knowledgeable in its field and that any services perfon-ned by Contractor tinder this <br />Agreement will be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably be <br />expected from a professional consulting firm in the field. <br />NOWTHEREFOVE, in comideration of the mutual and respective proinises, and subject to the terms <br />atid conditions hercinafter set foilh, the pailios agree as fbllows- <br />1.
