1 <br />2. <br />3. <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 21, 2017 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, <br />1} <br />MOTION: Approve Minutes. <br />EXCUSED ABSENCES <br />MOTION: Excuse Housing Authority Member Sarmiento from said meeting. <br />*** END OF CONSENT CALENDAR *** <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />PUBLIC HEARING - APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN AND <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3} <br />At its Regular Meeting on February 22, 2017, by a vote of 6-0, the Community <br />Redevelopment and Housing Commission conducted a public hearing in consideration <br />of the approval and submission of the Housing Authority Annual Plan to the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />Legal Notice published in the Orange County Register, Nguoi Viet, and La Opinion on <br />January 8, 2017 and February 23, 2017. <br />Chair Pulido opened the Hearing. There were no speakers and the Hearing Closed. <br />MOTION: Adopt a resolution to approve the Annual Plan and authorize the City <br />Manager/Executive Director of the Housing Authority to submit the Annual Plan <br />to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />H.A.
