MOTION: <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2017-115 - Recognizing <br />approximately $431,250 in state and federal Disaster Recovery Public <br />Assistance funding, related to costs and damages incurred during January <br />2017 rainstorms and flooding, in FEMA Disaster Assistance and OES <br />Disaster Assistance revenue accounts, and appropriating same to <br />FEMA/OES Disaster Assistance expenditure accounts. <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-017 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, <br />AND DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OR HIS DESIGNEE(S) TO APPLY <br />FOR STATE AND FEDERAL DISASTER RECOVERY PUBLIC <br />ASSISTANCE FUNDING FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY <br />MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) AND THE CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES (CALOES), TO EXECUTE SUCH DISASTER <br />RECOVERY PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FUNDING APPLICATION <br />DOCUMENTS AND REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT FOR COSTS AND <br />LOSSES INCURRED FROM JANUARY 2017 STORM DAMAGE <br />3.
