Heliotrope Drive, Santa Ana, CA. 92706 <br />To whom it may concern, <br />I am writing this letter to show my support for Mike & Christine Ness request to build the front <br />yard wall at his property on 1904 N. Heliotrope Dr., Santa Ana, CA I have spoken with Mike and <br />Christine Ness on several occasions and I am fully aware of their plans and design concept for <br />the proposed wall which by the way will frame their house and property beautifully! <br />Myself and my husband along with our two children have lived in the neighborhood for 20 <br />years and have known Mike and Christine when they lived on Ross as well as now on <br />Heliotrope. <br /> <br />I am very confident that they will do a beautiful job and bring more value to their home as well <br />as the neighboring homes! <br />We live kitty corner from the Ness house and can view their house in perfect view from ours <br />and the propose wall that they are asking for will enhance their property as well as the <br />neighborhood!
