The owner is prohibited by this contract from inhibiting in any way <br />the public viewing of this property. <br /> <br />Please look at the Mills Act contract and recommend compliance. It <br />definitely prohibits a 5 foot wall, hedge or fence. <br /> <br /> A 3 foot wall is not unreasonable and the public can enjoy the Historic <br />Home. <br />Surely the opinions of a large number of neighbors and nearby residents <br />should be considered. <br />Nancy and William Gallivan MD
