CODE ENFORCEMENT AND REVOCATION PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Code Enforcement Manager Nuñez provided a presentation which included information on <br />the following: <br /> <br /> Code Enforcement Division <br /> Common Violations <br /> Agency Partners <br /> Revocation Process Enforcement <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding fines, receivership process, conditional use permit (CUP) <br />revocation process, notice of violation process, Code Enforcement staffing levels, and <br />Planning Commission purview relating to code enforcement issues. Commission inquired <br />about proactive efforts by staff to enforce CUP conditions. Suggested that staff conduct <br />random checks to ensure businesses are complying with CUP conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />3. PLANNING DIVISION WORK PROGRAM <br /> <br />Planning Manager Neal provided a presentation which included information on the <br />following: <br /> <br /> Current Planning <br /> Large Development Projects <br /> Zoning Ordinance Amendments <br /> Development Processing <br /> Advance Planning <br /> Urban Design <br /> Administration <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the zoning ordinance amendment timeline, average <br />processing time for project approval and the fee schedule. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />4.
