Ed Murashie spoke in opposition of the matter: fence will reduce the “openness” of the <br />neighborhood; provided documents and photographs to the Zoning Administrator for <br />review and consideration. <br />Lazlo Bino spoke in opposition of the matter; fence will obstruct view of the property. <br />Nancy Gallivan spoke in opposition of the matter; fence will reduce the “openness” of <br />the neighborhood; provided photographs to the Zoning Administrator for review and <br />consideration. <br />Joni Barr Somogyi spoke in support of the matter; fence will enhance the <br />neighborhood; provided photographs to the Zoning Administrator for review and <br />consideration. <br />Alberta Christy spoke in opposition of the matter; if matter is approved, it will set a <br />precedent for similar requests. <br />Jeffrey Katz spoke in opposition of the matter; fences separate neighbors from each <br />other; provided the Zoning Administrator with documents for review and consideration. <br />William Gallivan spoke in opposition to the matter; lives next door to the property; fence <br />creates a safety concern as it will block his view when backing out of his driveway. <br />Michael Gallivan spoke in opposition of the matter; staff report contains incorrect <br />information; provided documents to the Zoning Administrator for review and <br />consideration. <br />There were no other speakers and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Further discussion ensued regarding renderings of the proposed fence submitted by the <br />applicant, applicant’s reasoning for seeking approval of the minor exception and conditions <br />of approval. <br />Zoning Administrator Cardinale stated he will review and consider all information received. <br />The matter was continued to the Zoning Administrator meeting on May 17, 2017 for the <br />sole purpose of announcing a decision. <br />ADJOURNED: 12:05 P.M. <br />Sarah Bernal <br />Recording Secretary
