Our weekly status meetings are critical for the team to connect to review status, issues and the <br />activities for the next week.We are also available by email and phone at anytime to answer your <br />questions. <br />We will cover project objectives and strategy in our initial meeting; our weekly status meetings and <br />reports cover implementation progress; we use the project management software of your choice or you <br />can use our real-time system to track project management and development. <br />Website Design and Development <br />Upon contract award, our project management team initiates the project planning with your <br />representatives and drives the project through to completion. <br />Immediately, your 360. project manager (Laura Diaz) will contact you to schedule our initial meeting at <br />your location. During this meeting, we will be completing the discovery phase of the project by <br />gathering more information from your team about the wants and needs for the portal as well as <br />establishing mutual expectations for communication and reporting of project status. At this time we will <br />also be reviewing your web stats and analytics. We will also discuss the process of migrating the <br />existing designs and functionality and making sure we have all the information we need to begin. <br />Following our first meeting, 360 will prepare three design comps for the portal and support materials <br />(followed by three to five rounds of revisions based on your feedback). Once the main look and feel is <br />determined, we will work with your team to create additional responsive or adaptive designs/themes <br />(followed by three rounds of revisions). These designs will be customizable by color, logo and branding <br />for cach.of the templates. <br />If desired, we will also,presenl a public workshop to facilitate input on the design. Major initiatives <br />require the collaboration and cooperation of many different entities and people. Through our work with <br />municipalities, we have collaborated with other departments, vendors and the public in order to <br />accomplish the project objectives. Facilitating the process of gathering input from citizens and other <br />stakeholders through town hill meetings, we have experience interacting with constituents and other <br />stakeholders to garner applicable feedback and establishing expectations. 360 has a reputation for being <br />flexible, accommodating and cooperative to both our governmental and corporate clients.
