Pricing Narrative <br />We endeavor to give our clients the, full -support they need to achieve their projects on time and on <br />budget. We understand the objectives outlined, and propose the following pricing. <br />Website Design and Implementation of Drupal CMS <br />By reviewing the current site and the objectives, we are comfortable with providing a project -based <br />quote that includes the following: <br />• All client contact and meetings. <br />■ All public meetings, workshops and committee review meetings. <br />• All programming as needed to complete the project. <br />• All functionality and features listed in the RFP. <br />■ Design, including three design comps for overall site design and creation of templates with <br />revisions as described in the RFP. <br />■ Designs, including three design camps for Economic Development Portal. <br />■ Implementation of Open Data Portal. <br />■ Technical and content support for 90 days atter launch, including minor design changes and <br />enhancements. <br />Mobile -friendly website design. <br />■ Online payment processing. <br />• Development and deployment of custom Online Training and Certification Program for the <br />City's administrators. *See Value -Add Offerings. <br />• Training manual, up to five onsite training sessions, 20 online training sessions, and unlimited <br />phone and email support. <br />■ Style guide and documentation for future implementations and revisions. <br />■ Survey and form tools that can be used site -wide or by department. <br />• Migration of all current content. <br />• Throughout the migration, all existing URL's will continue operation and be mapped to the <br />current destination in new platform. <br />• Although not requested in the RFP, 360 will also do all 301 redirects to preserve your current <br />Search Engine standings, preventing any loss of SEO the City has achieved. *Sce Value -Add <br />Offerings. <br />• Resolution of any minor issues in the migration, such as mapping or fixing links, for 90 days <br />following the site launch. <br />• While migrating all 'of the current content, we would edit any existing content for consistency <br />and search engine optimization by our team of professional editors. <br />Website Redesign and Implementation of Drupal CMS, Economic Development Portal and Open <br />Data Portal: Not to exceed S 140,480. <br />city orlama Ana <br />Website Redesign and 1mplcnmntaaaa ornrupal Content Management Syncna RFP 16-121 <br />25E-89 <br />32 <br />
