Please see below in sections 111 -XV a full description of the program. <br />3. Population, <br />A. Describe the total number of youth that will be served by this grant: The WIOA program at <br />OCCTAC will serve a total of 20 WIOA participants, The program will serve 16 out of school <br />youth (ages 16 — 24) and 4 in -school youth (ages 16 — 24) for a total of 20 youth. <br />B. Describe the age range of the youth that will be served —The WIOA program will serve in - <br />school and out of school youth 16-24 years of age. <br />C. Describe any minimum requirements that youth need to have in order to be enrolled into <br />your program (aside from the WIOA Youth eligibility requirements). Aside from the basic <br />WIOA requirements of being a Santa Ana Resident (16— 24 yrs.), and having a right to work <br />documentation, our participants have to complete the following: 1) complete a background <br />check, 2) obtain a negative TB test, and 3) attend a mandatory orientation session before <br />completing the eligibility documentation. <br />D. Special consideration for organizations that can serve the following youth <br />populations; (75% of Out -of -School youth (required); 10% of youth with disabilities; <br />10% of foster/emancipated youth; 10% youth that have dropped out of high school <br />and 10% of youth on probation).
