Proposals to Delete Fees FY 2017-2018 <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />1. Police Evidence Photos to CD/DVD Per Image Fee <br />Existing Fee: $1.00 per image <br />Proposed Fee: $0.00 <br />This fee is being eliminated because staff time to set-up and burn one image to a disk is not much <br />different than burning multiple images to a disk. Therefore with the elimination of this fee all Police's <br />evidence photos to CD/DVD would be subject to the $20 per a disk charge. <br />LIBRARY <br />2. Library Room Rental per Hour <br />Meeting Room: <br />Existing Fee: $46.08 <br />Proposed Fee: $0.00 <br />Kitchenette: <br />Existing Fee: $17.56 <br />Proposed Fee: $0.00 <br />Due to nominal requests to utilize these areas bythe public, the Library has ceased rentingthem. <br />However, these rooms remain available for Library programs and events, as well as, city activities at <br />no charge. <br />3. UUT Max Tax Processing Fee <br />Maximum: $232.39 per refund <br />Proposed Fee: $0.00 per refund <br />Review & processing: $40.00 per hour <br />Proposed Fee: $0.00 per hour <br />UUT Max Tax Processing Fee is being deleted due to the repeal of the Max Tax Program in November <br />2014 through ballot Measure AA. <br />'n <br />75A-2-48 <br />
