This <br />Agreement shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency <br />Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as "ADMINISTRATOR." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY desires to contract with CONTRACTOR for the provision of <br />vocational training activities and work experience; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR agrees to render such services on the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth; <br />WHEREAS, such services are authorized and provided for pursuant to <br />California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 11200 et seq., also known as <br />the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKS) Act of <br />1997. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />(WRR0216) <br />Page 1 of 43 <br />(April 4, 2017) <br />
