Overtime pay will not be permitted without prior <br />approval from ADMINISTRATOR. Participants may be paid for COUNTY holidays as <br />identified in Subparagraph 14.1.2 of this Exhibit A to this Agreement, with <br />prior approval from ADMINISTRATOR. At the end of the training period it is <br />expected that the employer providing the WEX activity will hire the <br />participant as a regular employee. <br />4.5 CONTRACTOR shall obtain prior approval from ADMINISTRATOR for <br />changes related to the administration of VTR and WEX activities provided under <br />this Agreement. <br />5. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />CONTRACTOR shall: <br />5.1 Assign a SA WDB CM who will work closely with each Participant to <br />understand the Participant's needs, assess career goals, arrange an <br />appropriate VTR or WEX activity, and monitor Participant's attendance and <br />progress. <br />5.2 Discuss with WTW Staff as soon as barriers/noncooperation issues <br />are identified in order to come up with the best action plan to help <br />Participants complete the VTR or WEX activity. <br />5.3 Provide an orientation to Participants of VTR or WEX activities. <br />5.4 Provide workshops that will enhance Participants' success on the <br />job, empower Participants to manage conflict and change at the workplace, and <br />assist Participants in discovering opportunities for growth and development at <br />any job. <br />5.5 Provide training, case management, and coaching to the Participant <br />in order to address barriers, ensure completion of VTR/WEX activity and assist <br />in obtaining employment. <br />5.6 Work with and motivate difficult to place Participants who have <br />(WRR0216) <br />Page 6 of 26 <br />(April 4, 2017) <br />
