A-20'17-111 <br />Consultant shall performthose services as set forth in Exhibit A to this <br />Agreement, attached herewith and incorporated herein by this reforenoe, <br />2. COMPENSATION <br />a. Cfty agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for <br />its services, the rates and charges identified In Exhibit A. The total sum <br />to be expended under this Agreement shall not exceed thirteen thousand, <br />two hundred dollars ($13j200.00) during the term of this Agreement. <br />b. Payment by City shall be made within forty-five (45) days fallowing recel,pt <br />of proper invoice evidencing work performed, subject to City accoLin.t€ng <br />procedural, Payment need not be made for work which falls to meet the <br />standards, of performance set forth in the Recitals which may reasonably <br />be expected by City. On separate approval by the City, payment will be <br />made on all proper Invoices evidencing acceptable work performed prior <br />to the start date of this Agreement In section 3 below. <br />3.
