<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the
<br />City Council to execute an agreement with 360 BC Group, Inc., DBA 360 Business
<br />Consulting, for website redesign, implementation of the Drupal Content
<br />Management System, in an amount not to exceed $168,576, including a 20 %
<br />contingency of $28,096, and to provide maintenance and support services for a three
<br />year period, in an amount not to exceed $72,000, for a total amount not to exceed
<br />$240,576, beginning June 15, 2017 through June 30, 2020, , subject to non-substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.

<br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City
<br />Attorney.
