Petition to Oppose the Relocation of SA Recycling To be considered by Santa Ana City Council June 6, 2017, 1 am a resident of the City of Santa Ana and I sell recycled metal to SA Recycling at 2006 W. 5" Street. The ability to sell recycled metal is very important to me and my family. The use of this land for a train maintenance station instead of a recycling center would be bad for me, my family and the surrounding area. Removing the recycling center at this location would mean the citizens of Santa Ana would have nowhere local to bring the recycled metal.
