STATEMENT OF JUST COMPENSATION <br />Assessor's Parcel: <br />Property ,Owner: <br />Property Address: <br />Location of Parent Property: <br />Description of Parent Property: <br />ATTACHMENT <br />408-471-01 <br />Tacos Mexico, Inc., a California corporation, <br />2102 South Bristol Street <br />Santa Ana, California <br />Southwest comer of Bristol Street and Saint Gertrude Place, within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Santa Ana. <br />The property is presently improved with a fast food restaurant <br />building of wood frame and stucco construction. The building <br />contains 1,300 square feet; and was originally constructed in 1962. <br />Other appurtenant on-site improvements located within the <br />boundaries of the subject parcel include a trash enclosure, asphalt <br />paving, concrete paving, wrought iron fencing, business sign, metal <br />frame light standards, concrete curbing, concrete planter curbing, <br />concrete auto stops, metal bollards (auto stops), and marked <br />automobile parking spaces. Overall condition of the subject <br />improvements is rated average, considering the age. The <br />development is situated on a parcel containing 11,066 square feet of <br />land area. <br />Zoning: <br />Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan.
