Bristol Street, Santa Ana, CA ("Subject Property")
Dear Members of the City Council;
This office represents Tacos Mexico, Inc., owner of the Subject Property. Request is
hereby made that this letter be made part of the record, and that we be given the opportunity
to be heard at the hearing on the Resolution of Necessity.
Tacos Mexico, Inc. does not challenge the Resolution of Necessity for the Subject
Property. however, the prelitigation offer pursuant to section 7267.2 of the California
Government Code is inadequate and does not rise to the fair market value standard. The
offer reflects a depression in the surrounding area caused by the project, and thus the offer is
project influenced. We look forward to working with the City in reaching a fair and just
resolution of the acquisition of the Subject Property that complies with the fair market value
standard,
CDP: cl
Very truly y9wg,
Christopher D.
