HARBOR BLVD) <br />{STRA GIC PLAN NO. 3,21 <br />CITY ANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Receive and file. <br />DISCUSSION <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />❑ As Recommended <br />❑ As Amended <br />❑ Ordinance on 15' Reading <br />❑ Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />❑ Implementing Resolution <br />❑ Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />This action informs the City Council of the imminent approval of the subdivision based upon the <br />Subdivision Map Act and meeting all of the conditions of approval set by the City. The City <br />Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 17982 (City Tract Map No. 2016-01) for 1406 North <br />Harbor Boulevard (Exhibit 1), from the current owner, City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC, a <br />Delaware Limited Liability Company, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. <br />This map approves subdividing an existing parcel into 38 condominium units for townhome <br />residences located in the Harbor Mixed Use Transit Corridor Specific Plan (SP -2) zoning district. <br />The Tentative Map No. 17982 was approved by the City Council on May 17, 2016. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Engineer shall approve or disapprove <br />this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting of June 20, 2017. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports ,the City's efforts to meet Goal No. 3 Economic Development, <br />Objective No. 2 (create new opportunities for business/job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />Exhibit: 1.
